Cuchara picked up 3 inches of snow overnight with a Winter Weather Advisory being posted here until tomorrow morning (reduced from a Winter Storm Watch). 195 inches year-to-date. Snow much of the week in the forecast, as we march to reach our average of 250 inches for the winter here.

Our favorite musicologist, David Enke, has decided to provide a ‘new gift’ to the area, planning to have 6 family music events in the La Veta Town Park in June, July and August. Trying to assemble some great talent to have these fun events for all to enjoy. Watch for more details on this exciting addition to summer FUN!!!
