At tonight’s La Veta Town Board meeting there will be two parties who have been placed on the agenda to address the board on Grandote Golf course. Bruce Cantrell, who lives between La Veta and Cuchara on Scenic Highway of Legends, CO 12, has a proposal to present to the town board. Dwight Harrison, who developed the Panadero Ski area and Grandote Golf Course will be before the board as a representative of Dr. Briggs, the current owner. He has asked for an executive session to discuss settlement of the disputes. A large crowd it expected to be in attendance tonight at 7:30 PM at the La Veta COmmunity Center on East Ryus Ave.
