Rain with thunder rolled into Cuchara while Chapel services were going on this morning. Temperatures have dropped and settled about 50 mid-afternoon. Rain or snow on the mountain tops and cool breezes are blowing. La Veta is at least a full 10-15 degrees warmer. But the area is stunning.

The events schedule is beginning to fill and lots of opportunities for fun.
