We have enjoyed incredible weather with highs in Cuchara in the mid 60s and 70+ in La Veta and Walsenburg. Wonderful weather for Halloween. We have had nasty weather the past 4 or 5 spook days. We are forecast to get a little change next week, but acceptable.

The County Commissioners voted unanimously to not allow the 180 foot cell tower in La Veta, next to the town lakes. The Comnet folks are moving forward with the installation of panels on the La Veta water tanks. I am in conversations with the same company on possible locations in Cuchara for panels. They provide service to multiple carriers at one time.
