As a part of the tourism initiative that has been underway in Huerfano County for the past few years, a new website and a new brochure have been developed. We plan to continue to improve both the website and brochure, adding more information about lodging and restaurants for trip planning. And, please pass it on to others. A brochure, “Huerfano County: Take a Peak” features the Blanca massif from the upper Huerfano on its cover and is available in many locations. It includes a good map of the county, to help you explore place (like the upper Huerfano).

Speaking of resources, Paul Alhadef has Noun Studio. He helped us develop our website and is president of the Huerfano County Tourism Council, among other things. Though he is great at websites, his real talent and passion is photography. He does weddings, family portraits, etc. (people, places and things…Noun…get it).
